   All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).

   Delivery charges, where applicable, will be charged accordingly.
5. Orders
   An order is only confirmed once payment has been received and accepted.
   We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if there is an error in pricing, stock availability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
   If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.
6. Payment
   Orders are placed via Whatsapp. Payment is made via EFT. Payment must be received in full with proof of payment before orders are processed and dispatched. Bespoke Gifting reserves the right to verify payments before dispatch.
7. Delivery
   Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier services.
   Bespoke Gifting is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, weather conditions, strikes, or circumstances beyond our control.
   Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
8. Customised and Personalised Gifts
   Personalised and custom-made items are created according to customer specifications.
   Customers are responsible for ensuring that all names, messages, logos, and details supplied are accurate.
   Once production has commenced, customised orders may not be cancelled or amended.
   Personalised products are generally non-refundable unless defective or incorrect due to our error.
9. Returns and Refunds
   Please refer to our separate Refund and Returns Policy for detailed information.
   Generally:
   Damaged or defective products must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
   Proof of purchase and photographic evidence may be required.
   Refunds, replacements, or store credits will be issued where applicable in accordance with South African consumer protection laws.

    All content on this website, including logos, images, text, graphics, and branding, remains the property of Bespoke Gifting and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
