Welcome to Bespoke Gifting. We are committed to delivering your gifts safely and efficiently throughout South Africa.

1. Shipping Areas
   Bespoke Gifting currently delivers nationwide within South Africa.
2. Shipping Fees
   Standard nationwide shipping: R99 per order
   Free shipping on orders over R500
   Shipping charges are added to the total order if under R500 before quote is completed.
3. Processing Time
   Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
   Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
4. Delivery Timeframes
   Estimated delivery times:
   Major cities and metropolitan areas: 2–5 business days
   Regional and outlying areas: 3–7 business days
   Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, peak seasons, or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Order Tracking
   Where available, tracking information will be provided via email or WhatsApp once your order has been dispatched.
6. Delivery Address
   Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
   Bespoke Gifting will not be responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery details supplied by the customer.
7. Failed Deliveries
   If delivery cannot be completed due to:
   Incorrect address details
   No recipient available at the delivery location
   Failure to respond to courier contact attempts
   Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
   If your order arrives damaged or if any items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
   Please provide:
   Your order number
   Photographs of the damaged items and packaging
   A description of the issue
   We will investigate and work towards a suitable resolution.
9. Delivery Delays
   While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timeframes, Bespoke Gifting cannot guarantee delivery dates and shall not be liable for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, strikes, public holidays, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
